Flowers in my yard

Most of therse flowers are are of

the older Iris the pink, yellow and the bronze are about 4 years old the new one that was planted

last year will take about 2 more years before they bloom, but I have 2 that was planted the same

time as the yellow & the pink one and it has not bloom . Hope all are having a dry day as

for here it is raining again well the rain will helping the farmer who have there fields planted.

For all mothers everywhere

This is a picture of my Mon and brother,mom had long red hair an so did Tom. I get my love of quilting from mom.  We lived on a farm and it was a lot of hard work and she worked along side of my day and took care of 6 kids.  I remember her telling about picking cotton and having two small kids riding on her cotton sack.  Happy Mother Day to  all

Pillow care for Juliette

Just a small gift for Juliette.  We will be going down south the coming week and the on down in to Mississippi for some fun.

This purse if for a friend down south, I will be going down on Monday after I have some shots in my knees.  If Janie dosen't like I guess I will have a new for me.

Finished piecing courthoust steps

I just finished piecing these courthouse step from JLW Club from local quilt shop,laid it out and had one mistake so will remake that block tomorrow, this is my first JLW Club that I done
